Shipping policy
1. General Information About Shipping
We deliver orders to Finland, other EU countries, and the United States using third-party carriers.
Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute binding deadlines. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, the carrier, and any special-order products.
For pre-order products, the product page provides the most accurate estimated delivery time available. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped together according to the estimated delivery time of the pre-order product.
2. Shipping Methods
The available shipping methods and their prices are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to select the carrier unless otherwise agreed separately.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the order according to the rates displayed at checkout.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise expressly stated as part of a campaign, promotion, or separate agreement.
4. Shipping Destinations
We deliver orders within the European Union, Norway and to the United States.
Certain countries or regions may be subject to shipping restrictions or additional charges.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance Fees when ordering to United States of America
Orders to the United States are shipped from Finland under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Import duties, import taxes, carrier handling fees, brokerage fees, and other customs-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
The recipient is responsible for paying all charges imposed by U.S. Customs, local authorities, or the carrier. The carrier may contact the recipient before delivery to arrange payment.
We are unable to determine the amount of these charges in advance, as they depend on the product, its country of origin, and the customs regulations in effect at the time of import.
If the recipient refuses to accept the shipment or the shipment is returned due to unpaid import charges, the refund may be reduced by the return shipping costs and any customs or carrier fees incurred by us, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Uncollected or Refused Shipments
If the customer fails to collect the shipment within the specified period or refuses to accept it:

the shipment will be returned to the sender

the customer is responsible for the costs arising from the return

the original shipping costs will not be refunded

any return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund
6. Receiving the Shipment
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipment can be received as agreed.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier and delivery has commenced, the risk passes to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Delivery Delays
All delivery times are estimates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

the carrier

customs clearance
-
force majeure events
-
changes in stock availability
Delivery delays do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation.
8. Inspection of the Shipment
The customer must inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt.
Any damage sustained during transit must be reported without delay to both us and the carrier.
9. Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to deliver an order in multiple shipments where necessary, for example due to stock availability or product availability.
The customer will not be charged additional shipping costs for partial deliveries unless otherwise agreed.
10. Special-Order and Made-to-Order Products
Delivery times for special-order and made-to-order products are always estimates and may be longer than those for in-stock products.
Delivery of special-order products may be delayed for reasons attributable to suppliers or manufacturers.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a delayed or failed delivery.
