Shipping policy
1. General Information on Delivery
We deliver orders to Finland, other EU countries and the United States of America via shipping carriers.
Delivery times are estimates and are not binding deadlines. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, the carrier, and possible special-order products.
2. Delivery Methods
Available delivery methods and prices are shown at checkout before order confirmation.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier unless otherwise agreed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the order according to the rates shown at checkout.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in a campaign or special arrangement.
4. Delivery Areas
We deliver orders to the European Union area and United States of America.
Some countries or regions may have delivery restrictions or additional charges, which will be communicated before order confirmation.
5. Uncollected Shipments
If the customer fails to collect the shipment within the required time or refuses to accept delivery:
- the shipment will be returned to the sender
- the customer is responsible for the costs arising from the return
- original shipping costs are not refunded
- possible return and handling costs may be deducted from any refund
6. Delivery Acceptance
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery can be received as agreed.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier and delivery has begun, the risk transfers to the customer to the extent permitted by law.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- the shipping carrier
- customs clearance
- force majeure events
- changes in stock availability
Delays do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation.
8. Inspection Upon Delivery
The customer must inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt.
Any transport damage must be reported without delay to both us and the shipping carrier.
9. Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to deliver orders in partial shipments if necessary due to stock availability or product logistics.
No additional costs will be charged for partial deliveries unless otherwise agreed.
10. Special-Order Products
Delivery times for special-order and custom products are always estimates and may be longer than for in-stock items.
Delivery may be delayed due to supplier or manufacturer-related reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from delays or failure in delivery.
