Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Consumers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

The withdrawal must be clearly communicated to customer service before the deadline.


2. Returns and Cancellation (United States Customers)

For customers located in the United States, there is no statutory right of withdrawal after delivery.

Returns may be accepted at our discretion in accordance with this policy. If accepted, the same conditions regarding product condition, depreciation, and return procedures apply.


3. Inspection and Use of Products

The customer may inspect and test the product as they would in a physical store.

However, the product must not be:

  • used in normal operation

  • installed in a vehicle or system

  • permanently connected or integrated

  • handled in a way that reduces resale value


4. Depreciation (Diminished Value)

If the product is used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functionality, we reserve the right to deduct depreciation from the refund.

Depreciation may be applied especially if:

  • the product has been installed or connected

  • the product shows signs of use or missing parts

  • packaging is significantly damaged or incomplete

Depreciation may be up to 100% of the product value.


5. Custom-Made Products (Non-Returnable)

The right of withdrawal (EU) or return acceptance (US) does not apply to products made or modified to customer specifications.

Such products include:

  • custom-built installation enclosures

  • vehicle-specific tailored solutions

  • customer-modified special assemblies or systems

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


6. Product Bundles

Bundles are sold as a single unit.

  • Individual items cannot be returned separately

  • In case of withdrawal or accepted return, the entire bundle must be returned

  • Custom-made items included in bundles are excluded from return and their value will be deducted


7. Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products are subject to withdrawal rights (EU) or return eligibility (US) unless they fall under custom-made products (Section 5).


8. Return Condition

Returned products must be:

  • properly packaged

  • complete with all accessories

  • in resellable condition

Depreciation is assessed individually.


9. Return Procedure

Customers must contact customer service before returning any item.

Returns must:

  • be sent within 14 days of withdrawal notice (EU customers)

  • follow the provided instructions

Non-compliant returns may delay or void processing.


10. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.


11. Refund of Delivery Costs (EU Customers)

In case of valid withdrawal, EU customers will be refunded:

  • the product price

  • the standard (lowest-cost) delivery option offered

provided the return is handled correctly under EU law.

Delivery costs will not be refunded, or may be deducted, in the following cases:

  • the customer fails to collect or refuses delivery

  • the shipment is returned as uncollected or logistical return

  • return instructions are not followed and additional costs arise

  • additional services such as express shipping are used (non-refundable)


12. Uncollected Shipments

If the customer fails to collect or refuses delivery, the shipment is treated as a logistics return.

In such cases:

  • delivery costs are non-refundable

  • return costs may be deducted from the refund


13. Damages and Incorrect Deliveries

The customer must inspect the product upon receipt and report any issues without undue delay.


14. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after:

  • receipt and inspection of returned goods, or

  • proof of return shipment

Any applicable depreciation will be deducted before refund.
